Workshops for all levels
My main focus is to have fun together, to test our physical limits, to express ourselves creatively and to strengthen the self-confidence in each person.
I work with a light warm up, incorporate short workout sessions (the body has to be ready to move), explore floorwork exercises (a good understanding of floorwork is very important to me) and share my passion for dance with you. My movement language is a very expulsive but a soft one, I am interested in isolations, chain reactions in the body and in physical and wild qualities.
Working with me means discovering yourself and your own body possibilities, then I want you to challenge yourself and to feel good doing it.
